Brett Bonecutter
Since 2006, Brett has personally closed over $500 million in mortgage and real estate transactions. Before becoming an independent broker, he was a producing Branch Manager of a regional mortgage bank and oversaw over $1 billion in transactions through his team.
Brett hails from the Midwest and still calls Cleveland, Ohio, "home," even though he has lived in SoCal for over thirty years.
His first priority is his Christian faith as he seeks to serve his family, church, clients, and community.

Cari secured her real estate and mortgage licenses in 2022 after being a homemaker and raising four boys. Since then, she has closed listings and purchase business while applying her knowledge of mortgage finance.
She grew up in Wenatchee, WA, on an apple orchard and is actually distinguished as a former Apple Blossom Princess!
In her spare time, you will find Cari working out, listening to true crime podcasts, and researching the latest in dermatology and longevity studies.
